Reach Junior is a non-profit mentoring programme dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders in collaboration with schools in the UAE. Rolled out in 2018, the programme offers young teenagers a structured learning environment designed to enhance their people skills and their leadership qualities,  helping them through various stages of high school, preparing them for tertiary education and equipping them for their future careers.

The programme will provide tailored mentoring sessions for boys and girls from Year 7 to Year 13 in the form of group mentoring, where each group is assigned to experienced Reach mentors from different generations for a one-year programme. The programme will also include soft skills training sessions delivered by professional coaches.
