What an amazing experience to be a REACH mentor! The platform provided an optimum environment for a fulfilling mentor-mentee relationship; with facilitating structure, on-going training events and proactive support from the program managers. As a result, I could wholeheartedly focus on developing a collaborative partnership with my mentee to facilitate her thinking and learning. We were able to design our own journey – when, where & how – and creatively discover the areas of development on which to focus. Over the course of 12 months we covered many practical leadership development topics such as moving from high performance to people leadership, developing a leadership brand and how to have greater impact on your sphere of influence. I very much look forward to continuing my support of the REACH Mentoring Program.
