As a mentor, I enjoyed my work with the mentee assigned form from Saudi Arabia and she was handling middle management leadership and a critical area in the Bank. For me it was a big challenge to challenge myself first before the mentee so I trust and believe in my capabilities as a mentor and revert back on the topics in each meeting. Maybe I can even say that I had a smart mentee who captured the information fast and reached to her directions on how to plan her next road plat form, the beautiful part was we both were exchanging different experiences on different levels of knowledge and leadership which lead to the target defined by each party.
