Steering Committee

Reach is pleased to introduce the Steering Committee, a vital component of the Reach initiative. The role of this committee is to provide strategic direction, oversight, and guidance to ensure the success of our organization. We are fortunate to have a dedicated group of individuals nominated by our sponsors. The steering committee will focus on the next 10-year goals, objectives, structure, and overall development of our organization. As part of this effort, we have established the Reach Steering Committee to ensure active engagement with our sponsors and supporters.

Nouf Al Khalifa

Director, External Affairs & Alumni Relations- MENA

London Business School


Nouf Al Khalifa is the Director of London Business School’s Dubai Campus for External Affairs in the MENA region. Nouf has dedicated her professional life to working with students and Alumni at various prestigious universities. She has been involved in many key aspects of higher education including accreditation, quality assurance, orientation and admissions, as well as the recruitment process.

Nouf’s role as Director at London Business School’s Dubai Campus involves overseeing the development and promotion of the Dubai-London Programmes as well as collaborating with corporate and government stakeholders. She is also Leading the Alumni Engagement efforts in the region through strong relationships and connections with the LBS community whilst soliciting clients for fundraising in addition to working closely with the team on strategic approaches within the GCC region for achieving all school goals. Her role includes further establishing London Business School’s position in the region as a world-class leader in MBA and executive education and furthering the schools commitment to the region.


A Bahraini national; Nouf has formerly held positions at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) working closely with the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the World Metrological Organisation (WMO) on national projects to build and strengthen the workforce in Bahrain.  Nouf also worked at Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) as Head of Student Services in its Bahrain Campus, Nouf was responsible for developing department goals and objectives, annual budgets and operational procedures. Prior to this, Nouf served as the Director of Enrolment Services at New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) Bahrain, leading the admissions and registration offices by developing, coordinating and evaluating the operational activities of the department. She was also involved in annual strategic planning of the organisation and a close liaison with the New York campus.

Nouf holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology in Bahrain and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Bahrain.
