My Journey as a Reach Mentor exceeded my expectations in the sense that I was just so positively impacted by this experience.  I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to help a promising young woman fulfill her potential and advance into the next phase of her career. She has now applied for and received a hefty promotion and pay raise in an international firm. Furthermore, the  Reach method of matching is outstanding, and the  Mentor/Mentee selection was optimal.
