Khaled is the co-founder and CEO of Marefa Digital DMCC, a Human Capital & Digital Learning specialist in the region and is the founder and CEO of KNCT Consulting, a specialized HR consultancy firm. He has more than 25 years of experience in Human Capital Consulting, Learning & Development,

Prior to his current roles, he was a Principal Consultant with Mercer, a Director for a regional Leadership Assessment and Development consulting firm and an advisor for a governmental organization.  Furthermore, Khaled has worked in the region and abroad for multiple multinationals with a focus in the financial, hospitality and retail sectors.

Khaled designed and developed highly engaging and interactive state of the art digital learning content modules in Arabic & Khaleeji dialect focused on Leadership and future Skills to empower GCC nationals and help them develop and advance in their careers.

He presented in a number of forums and seminars and wrote several Human Capital articles featured in local media publications in Arabic and in English.

Khaled holds an MBA from the American University of Sharjah and BSc in Biology from the University of Denver. He has received a Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) from the Charted Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), as well as a Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing Level A & B & B Plus from the British Psychological Society (BPS). Khaled is currently a DBA candidate and expects to complete his Doctorate program from the Swiss Business School in late 2025.  Khaled speaks fluent Arabic, English, French and proficient in Spanish and Swedish.
